In my practice of Chinese Medicine I strive to optimize the health and well-being of my patients so that they may lead fuller and more joyful lives. I believe that health and well-being can be achieved by means other than pharmaceuticals — with acupuncture and Chinese herbs, as well as through changes in lifestyle, diet, sleep, and exercise.

I practice Chinese medicine for the whole family, treating children, teenagers, adults, and seniors. You can learn more about the modalities that I use during treatment by clicking on Treatment Methods. The FAQ link will answer common questions about Chinese Medicine. You can read about what to expect during your first treatment by clicking on Patient Information, where you can also download forms that you can fill out prior to your first visit.

My practice is in the West Seattle neighborhood of Seattle. I offer free 30 minute in-person consultations to give you the opportunity to meet me and learn what acupuncture and Chinese herbs can do for you.

I welcome all of your questions, and I encourage you to e-mail me or call (206) 200-3595 for more information. You can also schedule an appointment online.
